Overview:
The Sr. Business Analyst- Supply Planning is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate would be expected to smartly align the priorities of Business stakeholders to multiple internal and external stakeholders. She/ He is expected to be work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role in the bidding is calling for expertise in Supply Planning/Material Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Production planning, finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives
- Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
- Actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
- Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
- Lead liquidation actions for Excess, slow and non-moving inventory to reduce write-offs and financial losses.
- Deliver on core supply chain KPIs: Case Fill Rate, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and Cash Conversion Cycle, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP), aligning capacity and resources with sales forecasts.
- Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) over an 18-month horizon, providing insights into CAPEX and capacity investments.
- Refresh safety stock policies quarterly to optimize inventory and support working capital goals
Key Interfaces:
- Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Vendors/Suppliers, Demand Planning, Procurement team, Customer Service team
- Business Processes: Supply and production Planning, Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Control tower Operations
- Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
Requirements:
- 6 years or more experience in Supply Planning
- Must: Working Knowledge in SAP, Proficient in Excel
- Working knowledge of Oracle, OMP, Excel Macro will be an added advantage.
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English.
