Global Manufacturing Trainee Program

Join the program growing the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment.

• Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)

Profile – Basic Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's degree from Engineerring, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
• Will be graduating max. in August 2026 or graduated on or after 2025
• Ability and willingness to move across functional areas at the site
• Fluent in English - oral and written
• Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
• Have strong leadership capabilities
