About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Controlling Intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Marketing Intern supports the Controlling team and is based in our Susurluk Factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team- and be a part of lots of exciting adventures.

Required Skills:

• Curious and eager to learn about finance processes, especially Accounts Payable operations.

• Willing to understand end-to-end invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation logic.

• Able to support daily AP operations including invoice posting, payment follow-ups, and documentation.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in financial data.

• Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial concepts.

• Open to cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What You Will Do

• Support invoice entry, verification, and matching processes (PO / non-PO).

• Assist in vendor account reconciliations and payment follow-ups.

• Help monitor payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.

• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and archiving processes.

• Learn and use ERP systems ( SAP) and MS Office tools in daily operations.

What You Bring

• 3rd or 4th-year university student or fresh graduate from Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

• Eager to learn and develop through hands-on experience.

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Able to work at least 3 days per week
