About the role:

As the Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience. You will be an expert at finding solutions that accommodate our diverse hiring needs. You will be responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the business. In this role, you are the Kong ambassador to an exceptional candidate journey and the candidate's first view into our culture. You are a critical partner, contributing to our ambitious hiring goals

What you'll be doing:

  • Take the lead on communicating with and scheduling candidates for interviewing across multiple roles and locations for the company.

  • Work directly with the recruiters to provide an exceptional candidate experience for everyone that we interview.

  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS), leveraging data to identify efficiencies and improvements in scheduling.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely, clear, and empathetic communication.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve any conflicts or challenges with patience and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Support additional recruiting activities and events, contributing creative ideas and providing logistical support as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • At least one year as a coordinator or other recruiting or HR function with a strong emphasis on scheduling and operational support.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously with patience and perseverance.

  • The desire to learn the talent acquisition space inclusive of sourcing, recruiting, and operations.

  • Working knowledge of local labor laws.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or other HR technologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and patiently with diverse individuals.

  • Excitement about being part of a fast-paced team with lofty hiring goals.
