Overview The Leadership Management Internship at a Kohl's e Commerce Fulfillment Center (EFC) or Retail Distribution Center (RDC) provides a challenging ten week experience during which you will obtain hands-on experience in the many facets of distribution operations. From Distribution to Operations to Developing a Team, as a Leadership Management Intern you will be exposed to the behind the scenes of managing a high volume online fulfillment center. Learn how a Kohls.com order goes from the click of a button to our Customer's front door or to one of our brick and mortar stores. The internship takes place inside one of our four EFC's across the country where you will not only learn about the distribution process and building operations, but you will also learn about our most powerful asset: Our People. You will interact with, learn about, and engage with many different types of personalities. We have four EFCs with intern openings: Etna (OH), Plainfield (IN), Edgewood (MD) and Desoto (TX).
