KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Payroll managerresponsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1500+ employees ensuring accuracy, compliance and outstanding service goals are consistently met.
• Develop and supervise day-to-day work of 3 payroll staff, including providing direction for tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, and providing mentorship on performance and development opportunities.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements and best practices.
• Reconcile and maintain payroll records. Audit payroll data changes to ensure validity and accuracy of approved transactions.
• Review payroll journal entries, perform GL mapping, perform payroll related account analysis and reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts monthly.
• Leads preparation of relevant reports.
• Support external audit requests and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Payroll manager requirements:

• Certified Payroll Accountant
• Proficiency in Hilan
• Above 10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role
• Proficiency in excel
• strong organizational skills
• ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP an advantage
