• Fundamental digital image processing skill (from both math and programming side)
• Having Fourie Optics or Statistical Optics or statistical math background is a good plus.
• Good programming skill (C/C, Python, Matlab).
• Having GPU programming skill is a good plus.
• Having optical or electron-beam inspection related experience is a strong plus.

Education requirement

• Ph D or Master degree.
• Preferred major: Physics, Electrical engineering, Math or Computer science
• Master degree with at least 1 year of experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Base Pay Range: $136,300.00 - $231,700.00

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
