The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Senior Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for building, enhancing, and delivering compensation and benefits programs that empower our people and support our long‑term business growth. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to HR, business leaders, and our global compensation teams—ensuring our Total Rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities Salary Management
- Implement compensation and rewards programs aligned with KLA’s Total Rewards philosophy.
- Apply career architecture frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and salary structures to ensure role clarity and internal equity that support evolving business needs.
Data‑Driven Insights & Advisory
- Analyze compensation, market, and workforce data to provide actionable insights to HRBPs, managers, and employees.
- Deliver authoritative consultation on compensation decisions and broader Total Rewards matters.
C&B Program Ownership & Rollout
- Own the development, planning, and communication of assigned compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Coordinate effective rollout of programs to ensure understanding, adoption, and positive employee experience.
Policy Governance & Compliance
- Review, update, and maintain compensation- and benefits‑related policies.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and global governance standards.
Market Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct research on market trends and evolving Total Rewards practices.
- Partner with HQ Compensation to analyze market data, refine salary ranges, and maintain competitive positioning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 15 years of broad HR experience, preferably in high‑tech, corporate HR, or consulting firms.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex compensation, market, and workforce data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrable track record of establishing policies, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across organizations.
- Strong solid understanding of Labor Standards Acts, labor regulations, and relevant tax requirements.
