This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

How you will make your mark

-Computer Architecture knowledge identifying the components of a computer and their purpose

-Understanding of data center infrastructure management – understand the management of servers, storage arrays, networking systems

-Strong English communication skills written and spoken

-Fast learner of technology concepts and understanding the purpose of technologies

-Strong consulting skills to capture customer requirements and preferences

-Ability to own technical projects gathering requirements, planning solutions for those and communicating and enabling teams around them

-Sense of urgency to manage time properly when answering to customers

-Great attention to detail around both the deliverables and the process they follow to complete tasks

-Strong teamwork to collaborate and deliver solutions more effectively and document knowledge to share with others

About You

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT Engineering programs (Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechatronic)

-2+ years in technical IT roles such as: IT support, IT delivery, SW development, Data Analysis, or Presales consultant

-Keywords to identify the above:

-HPE Products – data center systems such as, servers, storage, networking (switches, routers, firewalls) – can be from other vendors as Dell/EMC, Lenovo, Cisco, Oracle, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Juniper, Fortinet, Vmware, Nutanix

-Installation or troubleshooting of the products mentioned

-Programming languages – Java, C, C++, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript

-Data Analysis – Python, Power BI, Tableau, R

Technical consulting, solution designing, design and deliver proposals, configuring and quoting solutions

Nice to have

-IT certifications issued by HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Broadcom, Marvell, Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon AWS, CompTIA, VMware, Nutanix

-IT diplomas and bootcamps offered by Universities such as ITESM, UNAM, IPN, ITESO, IBERO
