What You'll Do:

• We seek a software engineer to develop highly secure SD-WAN/SASE product, “HPE Edge Connect”, for on-prem and cloud environments.

• The candidate will design, implement and maintain unicast and multicast IP routing infrastructure

• You will proactively work on improving the quality and performance of the product

What You Need To Bring:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• 5-7+ years of software development experience on Linux platforms

• Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills

• Experience in software integration of routing stacks for dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, PIM, IGMP with thorough knowledge of RIB/FIB, Netlink, ECMP, and routing metrics

• Strong background in design and implementation of software for physical and virtual (VLAN, Bridges, LAG/LACP) interfaces with v4/v6 addresses

• Experience in neighbor management software using ARP and NDP tables

• Expertise in Linux networking stack including iproute2, libnl and kernel parameters tuning via sysctl

• Strong multicore, multithreaded software development background
