UK Defence Digital Sales Representative

Location: UK

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you looking to kick-start your sales career in the tech and defence sector? We’re looking for a driven UK Defence Digital Sales Representative to join our team and help grow key accounts within a fast-paced and highly innovative environment.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to develop their sales skills, work with cutting‑edge digital solutions, and build strong customer relationships across the UK Defence landscape as part of an energetic and experienced sales team.

This role is part of an established team, where you will have a great opportunity to learn and develop

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans as part of a larger account team
  • Sell standard digital solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Develop account plans for low- to medium-complexity customers.
  • Identify, generate and qualify new leads, passing them to the Inside Sales team where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a strong, targeted sales pipeline.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in IT, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years’ relevant work experience—perfect for someone looking to build their career in sales.
  • A foundational understanding of digital products, services, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to relationship building—whether that’s hunting for new opportunities or nurturing existing accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, with the ability to manage customer data effectively.
