Consumption Services Specialist with German:
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Consumption Services Specialist with German (CSS) to join our team.
In this role you will be accountable for the End-to-End Success of the HPE Green Lake Delivery Lifecycle. Actively Managing the deal implementation planning and communications, dealing implementation and change request process. Providing direction and guidance to HPE delivery teams throughout HPE Green Lake delivery. Managing the Total Customer Experience and standard and complex change orders as well.

Demonstration and maintenance of strong knowledge of the HPE Portfolio and HPE Green Lake processes and details.
About you:

Bachelor / Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
-
4+ years’ experience in Process/Project Management
-
ITIL v3 Foundations knowledge / ITSM experience
-
Multi-cultural and x-country experience desired
-
Fluent in written and verbal English and German.
-
Industry sector knowledge (finance, manufacturing, etc.).
-
Ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences including demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, listening actively.

Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem to develop & implement a corrective action plan.
-
Ability to develop & present high impact message to mid level management.
-
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation.
Technical skills:

Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
-
Process Management software and tools
-
Advanced MS Share Point skills
