Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a vibrant team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

A Technology Consultant is responsible for creating solution content designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will learn how to provide the deepest level of product and technology-specific expertise to support deal pursuits.

Start Date: May 2026 or later

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Workplace: Initially office-based to support the development pathway, with opportunities for a hybrid working model later in the program.

What you’ll do:

• Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program.

• Gather information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of HPE's customers technology infrastructure.

• Actively gain market, competition, product and solution knowledge through company or self-driven trainings, internal or external engagements

• Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE and competitive Compute and Storage technologies.

• Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements

• Maintain good communications with customers and partners.

• Contribute to advancing opportunities effectively

• Actively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications

• Engage appropriate additional technical resources as needed

What you’ll need:

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025, or expected to graduate in 2026, in IT, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in the IT sector.

• Up to 12 months of relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian

• Experience or a proven interest in stakeholder management

• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
