Job Description:

The HPE Networking EMEA Sales Operations Analyst is a key role within an exciting, fast-moving, high growth business as part of the EMEA Strategy, Planning & Operations team. The scope of the role is broad, with changing priorities, requiring a good level of operational acumen and problem-solving skills to be able to partner effectively with peers and drive for Operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

General:

  • Understand the account hierarchy and sales coverage, the database management systems for analysis and support internal governance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to manage and assist with the Entity MDM activities, including Company Hierarchy changes, mergers, and acquisitions etc.
  • The analyst will have responsibility for the management of account update/ hierarchy requests that are sent to the shared Account Hierarchy inbox.

The team will triage the query and follow the processes to resolution, seek correct approvals from all stakeholders and raise various cases with appropriate owners.

  • Drive the data strategy – grow your knowledge in eMDM, market intelligence and leveraging external and internal data sources to drive improvements.
  • New Unsegmented Account Process –review the daily report and validate all the unsegmented accounts based on criteria outlined in the guideline/process document. Reach out to the various stakeholders once segment has been identified based on the governance that had been established.
  • Assist with the integration of Juniper legacy systems/processes and account hierarchy set up in these systems.
  • Be part of required training and testing of various applications and work with teams across the company to set up entity master data as required by business needs.
  • Consult with Business Planners on issues related to the account hierarchy set up and rostering process.
  • Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork (across entire HPE Networking family) and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions.

Systems:

  • Perform data analysis and cleanup as needed using specific tools (Salesforce.com, Anaplan, other related etc.) to ensure high quality sales coverage setup.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for Sales account hierarchy, providing troubleshooting and guidance on issues.
  • Support maintenance of online content and documentation established within PowerPoint slides decks, Share Point, or Intranet sites etc.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel experience.

Experience and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an Operations/Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large competitive Multinational Corporation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees from other cross functional teams
  • Must have the aptitude to analyze & interpret data and problem solve.
  • Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization.
  • A strong business mindset is required, being able to work under pressure and understanding how to prioritize the workload is key. Be methodical, accurate and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach, fluency in the English language.
