オンプレミスやクラウドを問わず複数の製品やサービスを組み合わせ、お客様のビジネス課題を解決するシステムの構築やあるべき姿や実現するためのロードマップの作成をお客様と共に作成するコンサルティングが主な提供サービスです。なお、業種に関わらずエンタープライズクラス、または、グローバル展開を行っている企業が主な顧客となります。

昨今クラウド化、働き方改革などの浸透により、デジタルワークプレイス環境は多くの製品やサービスがオンプレミスもしくはクラウドで提供され、お客様の課題を解決するためのソリューションやシステムは複雑化する傾向にあります。
顧客環境や制約条件を考慮し、最適な製品やサービスを組み合わせたIT環境を設計・構築できるエンジニアの拡充が喫緊の課題となっております。
【職務内容】
Microsoft社の製品やサービスをベースとしたコミュニケーション及びコラボレーショ ンシステムの構築(要件定義~設計~構築)を行います。また、提案や企画/計画フェーズから参画する際にはHPEのソリューションや事例及び最新テクノロジーを用いて顧客のビジネスニーズを実現することが求められます。

【経験要件】
以下のいずれか一つの要件を満たすこと
- AzureADを利用した認証連携経の設計・構築・運用経験
- ID管理システムの要件定義~開発・テストまでの実務経験
- Exchange/Exchange Onlineを活用したメール環境の設計・構築・運用経験(大規模、グローバルシステム経験があれば尚可)
- Sharepoint/Sharepoint Onlineを活用した情報共有環境の設計・構築・運用経験(大規模、グローバルシステム経験があれば尚可)
- Teamsを活用した情報共有環境の設計・構築・運用経験(音声含む)
- Office365の移行に関する設計・構築・移行経験
- Office365やG Suiteへまたは逆方向への移行に関する設計・構築・移行経験
- 端末管理環境やデバイス管理環境(SCCM/Ivanti/Mcore/ Intune/Workspace Oneなど)の設計・構築・運用経験(大規模、グローバルシステム経験があれば尚可)
- WindowsOS(Windows10など)の標準化および展開(計画~実施)の経験
- クライアントの仮想化の設計・構築・運用経験(VDI(Citrix/Vmwareなど)、DaaS(Azure Virtual Desktopなど))
【知識、スキル要件】
- マイクロソフトサービス知識(Office365、Azure Active Directory、Intune、Azure Information Protection、Azure Sentinelなど)
- マイクロソフト製品知識(Exchange, Share Point, Teams ,その他関連製品)
- シトリックス、シマンテック製品知識
【あると望まし い経験や知識、資格】
- 英語力 (技術文書のリーディング、メールでのコミュニケーションを実施できる)
- PM/PLなどのプロジェクトマネジメント経験及び資格(PMP)
- 提案活動やコンサルティングの業務経験
