This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

• 業務内容・お客様の特別保守・運用チーム内のリーダーとして、運用業務の構築とチームメンバーの運営を行う
  ・運用保守チームのデリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
  ・お客様とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、運用保守チームの活動内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする
  ・重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う
  ・システムの導入・構築に際し、運用観点で支援することをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する
  ・トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足を継続する。また顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献する

• 必要知識およびスキル・5年以上のIT技術職経（システム構築、保守や運用管理など）がある
  ・保守運用チームでのリーダー、もしくはサブリーダー経験
  ・プロジェクトマネジメント領域の知識と実務経験
  ・発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができる
  ・保守運用チームや顧客報告で利用されるドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる
  ・Server, Network, Storage, OS,などインフラの基礎知識と対応経験
  ・Linux、VMware、Database、M365等の基礎知識と対応経験

• あると望ましい経験や知識、資格・ミッションクリティカルなシステムの運用スキル
  ・ITILファウンデーション資格
  ・OSS製品を利用した運用関連ツールの製品知識
  ・英語のコミュニケーションスキル
  ・セキュリティ関連の知識

• 勤務地・主に東京都江東区（HPEオフィス）
  ・自宅からリモート業務
  ・お客様オフィス
