How you’ll make your mark:

The Digital Inbound Lead Qualifier with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance to new and existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.

• Efficiently handle inbound live chat, call sales and email sales for relevant customers to generate new leads and new customer opportunities.
• Develop and manage lead generation performance for your respective geographies.
• Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
• Represent HPE with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and all internal teams involved in lead management.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phone) to interact and reach out to online customers.
• Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
• Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
• Comply with all HPE standards, processes and tools.
• Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.

About you:

• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and grammar skills.
• Passionate about lead generation and expanding the customer base.
• Ability to nurture and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
• Moderate knowledge and understanding of business development.
• Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.
