【業務内容】

ミッションクリティカルなシステムの基盤導入案件のインフラエンジニア/ソリューションアーキテクト/プロジェクトリーダーを担当。(選考内で適性・ご経験によりロールを判断)

主にITインフラストラクチャー導入案件のプロジェクトチームの一員として、他の社員や協力会社と協働し案件を進めていただきます。

また、案件の遂行だけではなく、新規ビジネス開拓を見据え営業と協調した能動的な活動、及び提案やコンサルティング等のフェーズからプロジェクトに参画し、HPEのソリューションや製品、及びITの最新テクノロジーを用いてHPEの価値を訴求することで、HPEのビジネスの成長に寄与することが求められます。

【募集背景】

当組織においては現在ビジネスが大きく拡大する中で、オンプレ環境からパブリッククラウドまで幅広く対応できるインフラエンジニアの拡充が喫緊の課題となっています。また、コンテナ技術やマルチクラウド環境を管理する運用管理技術など、今後注力していく技術領域に対して、既に知見のある、あるいは習得の熱意のあるエンジニアの拡充を合わせて実施する事が求められています。

【組織概要】

Pointnext Advisory & Professional Servicesでは、お客様の課題を解決する各種ITインフラの構築や、あるべき姿を実現するためのロードマップを顧客と共に作成するコンサルティング等を提供しています。

扱う技術・製品としては自社のものに限らず、他社製品、オープンソースやパブリッククラウドなどを適宜組み合わせ、それぞれのお客様に最適なものを提案し導入します。

また各クライアントとは単なる案件ベースでのお付き合いではなく、長期的な関係を築き、その関係性の中でお客様のIT環境をトータルとして改善・発展させていくために、継続的な提案やサービスの提供を実施し、自身のビジネス拡大を目指しています。

【経験要件】

• 下記の役割でミッションクリティカルなインフラ導入案件の設計から構築・試験までを遂行した経験（数年程度）

• インフラエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、プロジェクトリーダー

【知識、スキル要件】

-サーバ・ストレージ等のインフラ基盤の設計・構築スキル

　- IAサーバー、ストレージ、OS（Linux、Windows）、Hypervisor（VMware ESXi、Hyper-V等）の製品知識

• 提案内容や HPE のソリューションを顧客に伝える論理的な説明力と高いコミュニケーション能力

• お客様、及び社内のステークホルダーと良好な関係を築きプロジェクトを成功に導くことができるリーダーシップ

• 最新のインフラ技術に興味があり、積極的に習得しようとする姿勢

• プロジェクトマネージャの元で、完遂に導く責任感と実行力

【あると望ましい経験や知識、資格】

-ITシステムの提案経験、要件定義を含むコンサルティング経験
-パブリッククラウド（含む各種SaaSサービス）、コンテナ技術の知見

• 運用管理・自動化等の設計・構築のスキル
• 監視（Zabbix）、バックアップ（Net Backup、Data Protectorなど）、自動化（Ansible等）の製品知識

-プロジェクトマネジメント経験、知識（PMP）

• 英語力（最低限、技術文書の理解、メールでのコミュニケーションを実施できるレベル）
• ITIL

※金融・公共／製造・流通／通信・メディア 3つのサービスデリバリー部門 いずれかに配属となります。
