Welche Aufgaben Du verantworten wirst:

• Strategisches Account Management: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein festes Kundenportfolio im Commercial Bereich und entwickelst Deine Region durch gezieltes Networking und Beziehungsmanagement weiter.

• Lösungsorientierte Beratung: Du verkaufst nicht nur Produkte, sondern verstehst die Business-Herausforderungen Deiner Kunden/innen und konfigurierst passgenaue IT-Lösungen aus unserem High-End-Portfolio (Cloud, Data & Infrastructure).

• Marktanalyse & Trendscouting: Du behältst den Wettbewerb und Branchentrends im Blick, um HPE als Innovationsführer zu positionieren und neue Potenziale zu identifizieren.

• Pipeline- & Forecast-Management: Du steuerst Deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Abschluss und nutzt Daten für präzise Entwicklungsprognosen.

• Wachstumstreiber: Durch kreative Produktkampagnen sowie smartes Up- und Cross-Selling maximierst Du den Mehrwert für Deine Kunden/innen und steigerst nachhaltig den Umsatz.

• Dein Background: Du bringst zwar ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit – viel wichtiger ist uns jedoch Dein Growth-Mindset. Du brennst für innovative Tech-Trends und hast den Ehrgeiz, die digitale Transformation aktiv mitzugestalten.

• Deine Macher/innen-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern ergreifst die Initiative. „Fail fast, learn and improve“ bedeutet für Dich, Herausforderungen als Chance zu sehen und jeden Tag ein Stück besser zu werden.

• Deine Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast Freude daran, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen. Du schaffst es, komplexe IT-Themen in packende Stories zu verwandeln und Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu begeistern.

• Deine ersten Erfolge: Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenkontakt mit. Du hast ein Gespür für Potenziale und den nötigen Biss, um aus einem Kontakt einen Projekterfolg zu machen.

• Deine Sprachkompetenz: In der Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kunden/innen glänzt Du durch verhandlungssicheres Deutsch. Dank Deiner guten Englischkenntnisse bewegst Du Dich zudem sicher in unserem internationalen HPE-Netzwerk.

• Deine digitale Affinität: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit modernen Tools. Wenn Du bereits mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen gearbeitet hast, ist das Dein Turbo für den Start.
