As a Credit Support Analyst within Commercial Solutions, you coordinate and close complex commercial loan facilities for auto dealerships. You work closely with stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your role is vital in maintaining the framework for successful loan transactions, from due diligence to documentation. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your skills, and contribute to a high-performing team.
Commercial Solutions is a recognized leader in wholesale financial solutions for automobile dealers across the United States. In this role, you will support a variety of loan products, including floorplan, acquisition, term notes, lines of credit, real estate, and construction loans. You will gain exposure to all aspects of commercial lending, including entity review, collateral evaluation, and risk management, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for loan transactions, coordinating tasks to document and close loans
  • Review credit approvals and verify due diligence to ensure loans close in accordance with approval
  • Coordinate preparation of loan documentation for new, renewal, and modification of loans
  • Independently identify and manage vendor and documentation risk to the bank
  • Review loan packages for adherence to credit approval and due diligence requirements
  • Evaluate business entity and organizational documents for all types of entities
  • Order, obtain, and review title work, surveys, appraisals, environmental reports, and insurance
  • Assess collateral evaluation and verification to ensure credit approval terms are met
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting due diligence and loan documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Apply strong problem-solving, research, analytical, and decision-making skills

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • College degree, paralegal, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience reviewing commercial loan documentation
  • Knowledge of commercial loan products and underwriting processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attendance record
  • 1+ years compliance experience, including flood insurance requirements
