As a Product Delivery Manager in Embedded Finance and Solutions (EF&S), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

The incoming Vice-President will act as a catalyst, taking our service offering to the next level on this high visibility, multi-year journey. The Vice-President, Product Delivery is accountable for driving several key outcomes across a broad portfolio. Ultimately, these contributions will help us optimize and scale our business globally.
Job responsibilities- Become an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the product

• Work directly with our Clients and help them integrate with our industry leading solution
• Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
• Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments
• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
• Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment
• Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
• Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• 5+ years of production Java experience
• 2+ years writing automated tests using Behavior-Driven Development (Cucumber, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to a business audience
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, etc.) and structuring API calls
• Debugging, tracking, tracing and log reading experience using Splunk, Elasticsearch, or similar tools
