Join Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, a team passionate about redefining the future of payments through innovative technology. You'll play a crucial role in our recently established JPM Coin product line within Kinexys Digital Payments, focused on transforming payments on public and private blockchain infrastructures.

As a Product Manager within JPM Coin, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of JPM Coin product. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with next-generation on-chain token-based solutions for payments and settlements.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of JPM Coin product delivery and enablement for adoption.
• Lead the rollout of capabilities that differentiate Kinexys from traditional market solutions, enabling real-time, transparent, and programmable use of on-chain deposit tokens to support native use-cases on blockchain networks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Implementations and Client Services teams to propel product initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Define and enhance the client onboarding and client service model for JPM Coin, ensuring a seamless and differentiated client experience.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development and Client Success teams to develop commercial strategies and client-facing materials that support product commercialization and adoption.
• Work with cross-line-of-business teams to assess the feasibility and integration of JPM Coin to support payment and settlement use-cases across the firm.
• Develop and size market opportunities, pricing strategies, and growth projections.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes in blockchain based payments including stablecoins, blockchain, and payments to maintain a leading market position.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines.
• Relevant experience in payments, financial services, enterprise fintech, or blockchain technology including stablecoins and cryptocurrencies.
• Strong collaborator with proven ability to work alongside cross-functional partners, including Technology, Operations and Compliance.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and prioritize initiatives, and connect the dots across business and functional areas to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ownership.
• Execution-focused and action-oriented with experience in highly cross-functional organizations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Product management experience in payments, liquidity or accounts management or blockchain-based payments including stablecoins and cryptocurrencies.
• Technical experience with payments and distributed ledger technologies.
• Familiarity with client onboarding, compliance management, cash management, and digital asset solutions.
