As a Transactions Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processes. You will leverage your expertise in transaction management to identify and resolve issues, provide actionable data and analytics to management, and support the coaching and development of team members. Your skills in artificial intelligence and automation will help optimize processes and enhance the customer experience. You will interpret and communicate data to support informed decision-making, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement. Your role is essential in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
This role is intended to be for an initial term until end of November 2026 only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
Job responsibilities
- Generate payment document and mailing arrangement
- Document review and counterparty communications
- Handle inquiry related to the documents handled
- Work on the tasks assigned by Manager
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University graduated with relevant degree
- Strong command in English & Mandarin (written, oral and presentation)
- Strong knowledge of IA tools, altryx/ uipath
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, influencing skills, excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Banking related working experience is preferred
- Initial Foreign Exchange Personnel License is preferred
