Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Help and Advisory team within the Employee Experience organization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. In this role, you will oversee project timelines, coordinate executive communications, and ensure alignment between product teams and business partners. You will manage resources, track progress, and prepare leadership for key presentations and decision points. By leveraging your organizational and strategic skills, you will help articulate the product’s vision, drive stakeholder engagement, and support the successful delivery of initiatives that improve the employee experience Job responsibilities- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and business cases to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Equip leaders with relevant information, insights, and materials for meetings, presentations, and external engagements, enabling them to represent the product effectively
- Serve as a bridge between business partners, product teams, and leadership, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to drive product success
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area - Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex delivery information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical and efficient solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to drive roadmap planning, capacity planning, and budgeting
- Skilled in facilitating product definition and planning workshops
- Certification in Agile delivery methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Experience in partnering with various product partners, including tech, QA, product, change management, release management, platform owners, and channel partners
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
