You'll work at the center of a business serving millions of investors across four major channels from Chase Wealth Management to our innovative digital platforms. As Chief of Staff for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will serve as the CEO's trusted strategic partner, and become part of the leadership team that is responsible for shaping the future of the business. This high-visibility role requires exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building trusted relationships with senior leaders. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the business moving forward effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality presentations, decks, and materials for important meetings, townhalls, and offsites that effectively communicate the CEO's vision
- Optimize the CEO's time and focus by strategically managing the agenda, preparing for critical meetings, and ensuring attention on highest-priority business matters
- Serve as the CEO's trusted liaison, facilitating effective communication and accelerating decision-making across the leadership team
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and senior management, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- Maintain centralized resources and documentation that enable effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 8+ years of financial services experience with strong background in wealth management or strategy
- Resourceful with strong intuition for finding information and connecting the right people
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to engage and work effectively with leaders across diverse business lines and functions
- Strong work ethic with ability to be flexible. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and executive presence
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create polished, professional deliverables. Use of AI skills to improve productivity.
- Strong organization and time management abilities with sound judgment for prioritizing effectively
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and comfort handling highly confidential information
- High integrity and demonstrated ability to champion and support organizational culture
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, complex organizations
