Join Business Banking Marketing’s Digital Shopping team to shape compliant, customer‑centric experiences that drive acquisition and deepening for small businesses across lending, deposits, card, and value‑added services. You will embed robust controls, translate regulatory guidance into action, and partner across public, secure, and banker‑assisted channels to deliver an end‑to‑end shopping and account opening experience at scale.

As a Vice President, Digital Marketing Execution Lead in Business Banking Marketing — Digital Shopping & Content, you ensure our public, secure, and banker‑assisted channels deliver compliant, customer‑centric journeys that convert and deepen small business relationships across lending, deposits, card, and value‑added services. You translate Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Fair Lending guidance into operational requirements and embed controls across content, offers, targeting, and secure shopping with auditable approvals and evidence.

Job responsibilities

  • Translate Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Fair Lending guidance into actionable marketing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across public, secure, and assisted channels.
  • Own and evolve the marketing controls framework (risk and control self‑assessment, control testing, QA/QC, change management, issue and corrective action plan management) with auditable evidence.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Design, Engineering, Branch and Banker, Brand) to accelerate compliant growth across value‑added services, lending, deposits, and card.
  • Lead agile program execution with clear backlog prioritization, well‑defined user stories, and strong cross‑functional alignment and communication.
  • Partner with analytics to define segmentation guardrails and post‑launch monitoring to detect and address bias or defects.
  • Champion accessible, plain‑language content patterns that support conversion while maintaining compliance and search safety.
  • Oversee agencies and martech vendors, applying third‑party risk management and data protection practices.
  • Protect and expand search discoverability and scale value‑added services alongside lending, deposits, and card in partnership with banker‑assisted channels.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience in financial services compliance and risk or digital marketing governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven controls and risk operations expertise, including risk and control self‑assessments, control testing, evidence retention, and traceability from intake to approval.
  • Digital and marketing technology fluency, including consent and tag management, analytics governance, search‑safe content patterns, componentized CMS, and compliant email, SMS, and paid media execution.
  • Analytical rigor to define KPIs and KRIs, establish segmentation guardrails, and conduct post‑launch monitoring to detect bias or defects.
  • Demonstrated success operationalizing controls in digital funnels and secure account opening, with strong documentation discipline.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Small business banking experience.
  • Experience preparing for and supporting audits and exams; comfort leading remediation and corrective action plans.
  • Oversight of agencies and marketing technology vendors, with familiarity in third‑party risk management and data protection.
