• As an Executive Director, Technical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager within Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Technology
• Payments, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise-wide (AI) programs. This role is responsible for driving the vision, execution, and delivery of complex AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The Executive Director will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale AI programs across multiple business units.
• Partners with senior executives to define AI program objectives, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps.
• Oversees cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Ensures programs adhere to governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

Required Qualifications:
