The Markets Data Analytics team (MDA) resides within the Control & Oversight function and is a dedicated team focused on enhancing the Front Office Risk Management and Control Framework across the Commercial and Investment Bank. The team develops and implements governance tools required by Front Office Supervisors to aid monitoring of trader behavior on an intraday basis. The MDA team is expected to simultaneously deliver multiple strategic projects with strong business and regulatory focus including:

Regulatory Response management programs

Strategic and transformational programs with front office ownership

Job Responsibilities

Define project scope, stakeholders, strategic solutions, and delivery plans.

Manage the project lifecycle to deliver large cross-markets projects.

Understand intraday trading risk patterns and ensure trading alerts are reviewed.

Partner with technology to deliver business solutions and address application issues.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
-
Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
-
Assist with future product strategy by partnering with Technology and Data Science.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
-
Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking.
-
Understanding of cash and derivative products in FX, Rates, Credit, and Equity.

Effective communication with senior management.
-
Ability to meet tight deadlines and solve complex issues.
-
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of Python.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple and competing deliverables.
