Job Summary:

As a Trade Operations Lead in the Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS) team, you manage post-trade operations for Bank Loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You oversee daily activities, drive process improvements, and resolve exceptions within service level agreements. Your role provides a comprehensive view of the trade lifecycle and supports strategic business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and represent the Trade Operations team, acting as the escalation point for clients.
• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage team performance, work allocation, and talent development.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capture and process trade instructions, facilitating end-to-end execution.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve exceptions with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Technology, Service, Product, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate exception resolution with brokers, custodians, and client teams.
• Support new business initiatives and client expansion opportunities.
• Drive projects related to digital solutions and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with market rules and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate leadership experience in Investment or Securities Operations.
• Exhibit excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Possess deep understanding of Bank Loans lifecycle and related products.
• Deliver results by managing deadlines and independent workload.
• Apply expertise in trades, cash, and reconciliations.
• Manage transaction lifecycle and reconciliation processes effectively.
• Solve complex operational and technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Initiate tasks independently as a self-starter.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Possess CA or MBA (Finance) credentials.
• Demonstrate experience with OTC, ETD, Fixed Income, or Equity products.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation projects.
