As an Investment Specialist professional within our Asset Management Multi-Asset Solutions team, you will grow the business through new clients, expand existing relationships, deliver new products, retain current assets, and maintain a strong client communication frame work.
You will analyze portfolios and performance, prepare tailored strategy and client presentations, and deliver data-driven updates and commentary. You will maintain strong client communications, coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams, ensure guideline adherence, and troubleshoot reporting to support and grow relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare strategy presentations covering performance, market value, analytics, characteristics, and holdings.
- Prepare customized client presentations for Investment Specialist review meetings.
- Analyze portfolio positioning, analytics, and performance results.
- Produce client performance reports and investment review materials; draft commentary on performance drivers.
- Develop additional client communications and updates.
- Monitor portfolio guidelines and ensure adherence across internally and externally managed accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Consultant, and RFP teams to meet information and documentation needs.
- Maintain a strong communication framework delivering detailed, regular client insights.
- Support existing client relationships and pursue prospective opportunities.
- Deliver regular client updates via pitchbooks and data-led reports while building product knowledge.
- Handle ad hoc stakeholder queries, establish new reporting requirements, and troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 4 years’ experience in Asset Management and Investment Banking support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy; strong organization and time management; ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, positive, and quick to learn new concepts and procedures.
- Self-starter, solution-oriented; able to work independently and as a team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
- Solid understanding of capital markets; familiarity with asset management.
- Keen interest in current market trends and dynamics.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Understanding of multi-asset solutions business.
- CFA, FRM, or CAIA candidacy is an advantage
- Strong automation skills; coding experience is a plus.
