Job summary:
As an Execution / Dealing Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales desk that caters to institutional and high-frequency clients in the fixed income space, covering FX, rates, and derivatives products.
Job responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Trade Execution & Booking: Assist in the execution of vanilla trades, ensuring timely and efficient processing; accurately book trades in the system, ensuring all details are correctly captured and aligned with client instructions.

Deal Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of deals to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Coordination with Middle and Back Office: Work closely with the middle and back office teams to facilitate settlements and address any settlement breaks.

Trade Documentation: Prepare, manage and follow-up on trade documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Confirmation Tracking: Track trade confirmations and ensure they are received and processed in a timely manner.

Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with client teams to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of service.

Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.

Execution-Oriented Tasks: Support the sales desk with various execution-oriented tasks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Understanding of fixed income products, including FX, rates, and derivatives.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in relevant booking systems.

Prior experience in handling post-processing of fixed income products is preferred.
