As an Investment Specialist Lead within US Equities team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the India-based team of 12 members, including the team lead.
• Prepare strategy presentations with detailed portfolio analysis, positioning, analytics, and performance results.
• Assist in creating high-quality written content on products and markets for client communications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to address client requirements using product expertise.
• Represent the Investment Solutions team and collaborate with other teams on various ad-hoc projects.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs efficiently.
• Communicate key selling points of products and market trends to stakeholders.
• Prepare customized client presentations for Investment Solutions review meetings.
• Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of organizational objectives.
• Ensure consistent delivery of accurate and detailed information to clients and internal teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Post Graduate or MBA with at least 8 years of experience in financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of equities (or any asset class), portfolio management practices, and the asset management business.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
• Proactive and positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems, think ahead, and ask relevant questions.
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
