As a Senior Analyst in Equity Research, you will serve as an industry expert, publishing actionable reports and recommendations, and building strong relationships with clients, management teams, and industry partners. Job responsibilities
- Lead coverage of SMid Technology stocks as an industry expert and thought leader
- Engage with institutional investor clients and internal partners to share investment recommendations and insights
- Build and sustain management and industry relationships, facilitating corporate access through conferences, events, and non-deal roadshows
- Support Capital Markets with investor education and due diligence during equity offerings
- Build and maintain Excel-based models to forecast company financials and project industry dynamics
- Perform detailed valuation work to support stock recommendations
- Write research notes and sector reports, and prepare presentations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Six or more years of senior analyst experience covering Technology
- Established client and corporate relationships
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business communication skills, including modeling, forecasting, and valuation experience
- High level of organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to manage a team efficiently
- FINRA licenses Series 86 and Series 87 and/or CFA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience developing and mentoring junior analysts to drive franchise growth
- Ability to embrace technology to drive innovation and efficiency
- Demonstrated collaboration across global research teams
- Track record of publishing differentiated, actionable investment insights
