Job responsibilities

• Lead coverage of SMid Technology stocks as an industry expert and thought leader
• Engage with institutional investor clients and internal partners to share investment recommendations and insights
• Build and sustain management and industry relationships, facilitating corporate access through conferences, events, and non-deal roadshows
• Support Capital Markets with investor education and due diligence during equity offerings
• Build and maintain Excel-based models to forecast company financials and project industry dynamics
• Perform detailed valuation work to support stock recommendations
• Write research notes and sector reports, and prepare presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Six or more years of senior analyst experience covering Technology
• Established client and corporate relationships
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business communication skills, including modeling, forecasting, and valuation experience
• High level of organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to manage a team efficiently
• FINRA licenses Series 86 and Series 87 and/or CFA

• Experience developing and mentoring junior analysts to drive franchise growth
• Ability to embrace technology to drive innovation and efficiency
• Demonstrated collaboration across global research teams
