As a Wealth Management Analyst within Asset Servicing as a part of Wealth Management Operations, you support the end-to-end asset servicing lifecycle across diverse products and markets. You ensure accurate, timely processing while partnering with the Front Office, Finance, Tax, Legal, and global operations teams. You proactively identify issues, drive resolution, and help strengthen controls and client outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Support multiple product types across domestic and international markets, including equities, fixed income, FX, listed options, derivatives, private equity, hedge funds, and mutual funds.
- Review reconciliation results end to end and action breaks to timely resolution.
- Manage exceptions through multiple control checkpoints with rigorous follow-through.
- Execute and verify instructions with accuracy, completeness, and audit-ready documentation.
- Respond promptly to Front Office and internal partner requests with clear, concise updates.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, process controls, risk policies, and escalation standards.
- Escalate issues proactively with clear context, impact, and proposed next steps.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and global partners to optimize workflow and capacity.
- Monitor event lifecycles and data integrity across systems to reduce downstream risk.
- Adapt quickly to market, policy, or platform changes while sustaining service quality.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance control, efficiency, and client experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bring 4 years of banking, cash product, securities, or processing experience in financial services.
- Apply strong organization and prioritization, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and assume ownership to accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.
- Drive process improvements using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Operate effectively under pressure in a time-critical, high-risk, complex Asset & Wealth Management operations environment.
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently.

- Demonstrate hands-on corporate actions and asset servicing experience.
- Navigate domestic and international market nuances across multiple asset classes.
- Leverage reconciliation and break management tools to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Finance, Tax, Legal, and global operations partners.
- Apply control-minded thinking to strengthen risk management and audit readiness.
- Adapt to evolving policies, platforms, and market events with resilience and agility.
- Recommend and help implement continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
