Joining our team offers the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of DQ and DRD management within the Asset and Wealth Management Chief Data Office. You’ll work alongside industry experts and talented professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the organization’s success.
As the Product team lead for Data Quality (DQ) and Data Retention & Destruction (DRD) within the Asset and Wealth Management Chief Data Office, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing the delivery of DQ and DRD capabilities. Your role will involve designing tools to support the management of data domains, subdomains, systems of records, and the classification of business terms for retention and destruction, along with ensuring data protection and privacy measures are effectively implemented.
Job responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of DQ and DRD capabilities to enhance data governance within the organization.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product delivery for DQ and DRD solutions.

Define and prioritize features and functionalities of DQ and DRD tools based on business needs and industry best practices.

Work with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, analysts, and compliance specialists to ensure the successful delivery of DQ and DRD capabilities.

Drive the roadmap for DQ and DRD initiatives, along with the Product Owner.

Champion data protection and privacy initiatives by implementing robust measures for data security, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Continuously assess and improve DQ and DRD processes and tools to adapt to evolving business requirements and regulatory changes.

Effectively define and prioritize the feature backlog.

Maintain platform capability roadmaps and feature definitions.

Manage scope, timelines, and prioritization of projects and backlog, working closely with product owner and business stakeholders.

Ensure end-to-end delivery of product roadmap and priorities with collaboration across feature teams, identifying and communicating cross-team dependencies and risks.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal experience across IT product delivery disciplines.

Baseline knowledge of technical processes.

Proven experience in leading a team of associates.

Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders.

Ability to facilitate collaboration among disparate teams and leverage existing and new relationships.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to Agile, Jira / Jira Align , Lucid, Alteryx, Tableau, Spectrum/Connect workflow and DQ tooling.
