We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incentive Compensation Product Delivery Associate to join the team!
As a Senior Incentive Compensation Product Delivery Associate within the Incentive Product team, you will develop solutions and efficiencies that facilitate successful implementations in a timely and organized manner. You will act as a vital liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding their business needs and technical requirements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless client experience by balancing support, service, technical expertise, and relationship management. Adaptability, innovation, proactivity, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential to advance our incentive compensation offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for assigned Business Aligned Incentive Compensation (BAIC) plans, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, change management and product performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and functional coordination.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
    • Manage the complete implementation of i Comp or BAIC requirement changes from intake to execution, working directly with stakeholders across business, HR, Compensation, and Technology to ensure timely and budget-compliant implementation.
    • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, as needed.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
    • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of i Comp features that support business needs.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in the incentive compensation domain, offering guidance and support to team members.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system changes to ensure alignment with business needs, as required.
    • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BAIC product team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
    • Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
    • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes, change management and strategies.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Structured approach to planning and coordinating activities to simplify processes and efforts with Product partners.
    • Highly collaborative, proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to changing scope and priorities.
    • Recognized as a thought leader and engaged, flexible partner and listener; willingness to contribute to projects outside your scope; consultative approach with the ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to analyze data to effectively communicate and manage business processes.
    • Highly skilled in using Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Align, and conducting agile processes.
    • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Prior leadership and managerial experience.
    • Experience in Compensation, Incentive, or other related Human Resource domains is highly desired.
