As a Multimedia Designer Vice President within J.P. Morgan Payments you will be part of the Colleague Experience communications team and report to the Head of Colleague Experience Communications. You will create engaging graphic and multimedia assets for J.P. Morgan Payments colleagues around the world, delivering content across a range of internal channels and formats—including digital and print materials, live events, presentations, email communications, infographics and video content for town halls. In addition, you will produce a high volume of creative assets, interactive designs and video content that align with brand standards and business objectives. You will also manage end-to-end design and video production for internal campaigns and channels, collaborating closely with brand, creative, editorial, events and communications partners.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets and video content for internal initiatives, campaigns and events, including town halls and leadership messages.
  • Oversee projects from concept through implementation, managing schedules and ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and across lines of business to develop storyboards, production briefs and compelling visual narratives.
  • Present creative concepts, communication strategies and production plans to executives and business partners.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the communications team in leveraging new multimedia tools and achieving team goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5 plus years of design and video production experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with data visualization and PowerPoint design
  • Proven organizational and project management skills — ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills, including experience creating presentations and executive summaries to convey important business updates and results
  • Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography and color usage
  • Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production or a similar discipline required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Canvas, SVG, WebGL and motion graphics
  • Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects, Animate, Character Animator and Premiere Pro; familiarity with multimedia, digital, UX/UI and responsive design concepts
  • Experience in technology or financial services
  • Experience with executive communication, presentation support and video production for large-scale internal events
