We are looking for an experienced, strategic and dynamic Communications Senior Manager who will be responsible for brand communications, media relations and reputation management for JPMorgan Asset Management in China. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated public relations strategy, driving brand impact, managing potential risks and building strong, positive engagement with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an annual integrated communications plan, including brand communications, media relations, content marketing, etc., to support business goals.

2. Relationship Management: Builds and maintains core media relations; arrange media interviews, plan media events, and communicate key messages effectively.

3. Content Creation: Creates impactful content (press releases, in-depth articles, lead speeches, social media content, etc.) that shapes and spreads consistent brand stories.

4. Reputation Management: Proactively monitor public opinion and establish early warning mechanisms; develop crisis communication plans and lead the response quickly and effectively when necessary.

5. Stakeholder coordination: coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistency of information; support executive communication and company brand building.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Finance or related field.

2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in asset management, financial services or related industries.

3. Professional skills:

· Familiar with financial markets and fund products.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

· Deep media relations network and excellent writing ability.

· Proven reputation management experience.

· Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Familiar with digital media environment and communication tools.
