J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Events Technology/Product Manager to support the global delivery and ongoing enhancement of our digital events platform, Stova. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team member to scale Stova across regions, driving innovation and efficiency for our event planners and leaders. You will be responsible for project management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless adoption and training for users at all levels.
As an Events Technology/Product Manager in the Stova team, you will champion the global expansion and continuous innovation of our digital events platform.
Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll drive efficiency and empower event planners and leaders across regions. You'll lead project management, engage stakeholders, and deliver seamless adoption and training, ensuring every user maximizes the power of Stova.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation and rollout of the Stova platform globally, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and events teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for event planners, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and drive platform adoption.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery and support.
- Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership at all levels.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions, user guides, and best practice resources for event planners.
- Gather feedback and continuously refine communication and training approaches to maximize user engagement.
- Identify opportunities for platform improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Partner with product and technology teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, and monitor platform performance and user satisfaction, reporting insights to leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver updates and training across all levels of leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of event technology is essential, with the ability to interpret and deliver requirements at a region-specific level. Experience with Stova.
- Experience running events, enabling a deep understanding of the needs of our events team and how the tool can be delivered and enhanced to meet evolving technology requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
