Job Summary:
As a Senior AI Product Manager in Wholesale Lending Services, you lead the charge in advancing our AI capabilities and strategy. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products, drive adoption, and architect agentic workflows. You help us foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, while ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business value. Together, we shape the future of technology in financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of the AI adoption roadmap for Wholesale Lending Services
- Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing products
- Design and deliver training programs on AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design
- Serve as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for AI best practices
- Advance prompt engineering capabilities for robust, scalable, and secure AI interactions
- Architect agentic workflows to automate and optimize key business processes
- Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact and success of AI initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on AI adoption, usage, and business outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI strategy with business objectives
- Engage with external partners and industry experts to stay current on AI trends and innovations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7 years of product management experience
- 3 years of experience focused on AI or machine learning technologies
- Proven track record of driving AI adoption and delivering successful AI-powered products
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing and tracking product metrics
- Exceptional communication and training skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in financial services
- Expertise with modern AI toolkits and solutions
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
- Familiarity with external AI vendors and industry experts
