Job Summary:
As an Executive Director in the Digital Markets CRM Product team, you will define and deliver the core building blocks of our CRM Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the Markets business from a stability and performance perspective. You will work closely with colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive environment, focusing on the platform element of the CRM Product and reporting directly to the Head of CRM Markets Product. You will have the opportunity to drive technical innovation, influence strategic direction, and contribute to the success of our Markets business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and management of the core platform and product container, ensuring seamless integration with other product components.
- Define and implement advanced system entitlements, visibility rules, and user preferences to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated user persona framework to tailor the CRM experience to diverse user needs.
- Drive the development of mobile capabilities to ensure accessibility and usability across devices.
- Integrate AI and LLM frameworks to enhance the platform's intelligence and automation capabilities, ensuring compliance with visibility rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform development with business objectives and user requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of platform features and enhancements as well as oversee the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Ensure system up-times and reliability meet prescribed standards by implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems.
- Monitor API and UI performance to ensure optimal user experience and system efficiency as well as develop a federated platform model that allows other teams to contribute, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Define and enforce technical and UX standards that contributors must comply with to maintain platform consistency and quality and create and implement a governance model to ensure adherence to established standards and facilitate seamless collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Substantial experience in technical product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful CRM products.
- In-depth understanding of the sales and research business and CRM systems.
- Strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform components.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Experience working in technology and/or a strong understanding of technical architecture.
- Experience in CRM systems and integration of advanced technologies such as AI and LLM.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation in product development.
- Expertise in system reliability, performance monitoring, and optimisation of APIs and UIs.
- Experience in developing federated platform models and establishing governance frameworks for multi-team collaboration.
- Strong background in technology with a deep understanding of technical architecture and system design.
