The Connect Wealth Program and Advisor Experience lead will play a pivotal role driving the execution of our flagship Connect Wealth program-a transformative initiative designed to revolutionize our managed accounts operating model and deliver an innovative, intuitive technology platform across multiple lines of business and functions. In this high-impact role, you will lead both advisor engagement and platform deliverables for a specific line of business, combining strategic advisory leadership with program management excellence. You will be instrumental in fostering advisor engagement and accelerating adoption of the Connect Wealth platform, ensuring our technology transformation delivers tangible value and is embraced throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Advisor Engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive advisor engagement strategy to drive platform adoption and satisfaction.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with advisors, translating their needs into actionable program priorities.
- Design and implement change management initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and ensure meaningful adoption.
Program Management & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Connect Wealth program, leveraging PMO frameworks to deliver on-time and on-budget across multiple product areas and cross-functional teams.
- Orchestrate governance forums and Product Cabinet meetings to drive actionable decisions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks and issues to ensure sustained program health.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Manage and influence relationships across all organizational levels, from advisors to senior executives, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Create compelling executive-level materials, presentations, and communications to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms and communication channels to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Drive data-driven decision making through robust metrics, KPIs, and program analytics.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance advisor experiences.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in wealth management or investment management
- Demonstrated success driving advisor engagement and adoption initiatives
- 6+ years of proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs or PMOs, preferably in a technology or operations transformation context
- Deep knowledge of program management best practices, including Agile methodologies, risk management, and change management
- Strong technical acumen with experience in software development life cycle (SDLC), systems integration, and data management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Share Point)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making
- Highly influential communicator with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of wealth management products, operations, and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data-driven decision making and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or similar Agile certification
- Prior experience leading PMOs for large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs in financial services
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive process optimization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
