As a Business Manager within the Treasury Services team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and providing thought leadership. Collaborate closely with senior product leaders to ensure transparency around business performance drivers and support end-to-end business management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic focus with business leads in a fast-moving payments landscape.
  • Manage projects and business analysis, including executive ad hoc requests, to deliver key work streams and outcomes.
  • Coordinate business reviews, town halls, and strategy sessions, owning agendas, planning, and meeting content.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear narratives and visuals; create leadership-ready materials and presentations.
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners to clarify objectives, align stakeholders, and drive next steps.
  • Identify business risks, implement mitigating controls, and track issue resolution.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance obligations within the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) framework.
  • Maintain team resources, documentation, and knowledge bases on collaboration platforms.
  • Champion process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
  • Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Treasury Services or a related financial services field.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Share Point.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense).
