As an EMEA Credit Trading Business Manager supporting the Credit Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business performance and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to identify and mitigate risks. You will have the opportunity to drive projects that matter, collaborate with colleagues across regions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will help shape the future of our business and support our commitment to delivering value for clients and the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Drive key business initiatives and support strategic projects across the Global Credit Trading Business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
- Organize and present complex information in a clear and compelling way using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Develop wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to understand project requirements and drive next steps.
- Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives, seeking opportunities to simplify and improve business processes.
- Support a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Management or a COO role.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple stakeholder groups and driving business agendas.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting trading or financial services teams.
- Familiarity with audit, regulatory, or compliance processes.
- Experience with Share Point or similar collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of process improvement and innovation.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
