As Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Enterprise technology line of business, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of robust technology solutions using C++, Py Spark/Scala, and AWS. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of developers, architect scalable systems, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and cloud integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications:

• Strong data engineering experience, including processing and architecting solutions for large-scale data.
• Proven project lead or team lead experience is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity.
• C++ development experience is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in delivering technical solutions.
