As a Client Service Analyst — Multilingual in the Client Service Team within the Commercial Investment Bank, you serve as the primary service contact for a portfolio of clients and support complex treasury products. You will collaborate across Relationship teams, Operations, Treasury Management Sales, and Implementations to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service. You will also apply your language skills to strengthen client relationships and contribute to continuous improvements in how we serve clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of service contact for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Associates or Senior Associates to address client issues with timely follow-up and clear ownership.
  • Resolve issues by identifying underlying problems and patterns to drive durable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Relationship teams, Operations, Treasury Management Sales, and Implementations.
  • Develop expertise in commercial treasury management products and services.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent fraudulent account behavior and potential fraud exposure.
  • Prioritize daily tasks using strong time management and organizational skills to maximize productivity.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and practices while maintaining a professional presence with clients and teams.
  • Provide Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean translation support for client relationship tasks when needed.
  • Participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers, in person and over the phone.
  • Contribute to projects that improve client service delivery through innovation and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with outstanding academics and/or internship experience are welcome.

  • Business-level proficiency in English and at least one of: Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.

  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders (academic or professional), including resolving issues and providing client or customer support.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to communicate and present information effectively; eagerness to enhance digital literacy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.

  • Ability to work independently with supervision, escalating complex issues to resolve customer requests promptly.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Professionalism and integrity in all interactions; commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Technical proficiency in any programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Ruby, or Go.
  • Web development skills including HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Node.js, Django, or Flask.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.
  • Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools including AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio Code, JIRA, Trello, or Figma.
  • Passion for web technologies and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

  • Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
