As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Identity and Access Management Certification, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Manage product offerings, update roadmaps, client engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Promote Agile practices and assist the team in transitioning from current processes
  • Support Team Leads in fostering a culture of ownership, responsibility, and quality
  • Facilitate and participate in stakeholder communication to prioritize work and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Balance prioritization of issues, business-as-usual tasks, and project deliverables
  • Provide stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and risks
  • Manage team risk and security requirements, escalating gaps and implementing remediation plans

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management
  • Ability to develop and articulate business cases and features with financial implications
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and results-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo for improvement
  • High energy and capability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and creating product artifacts like roadmaps and user journeys
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with diverse stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Expertise in product management, strong UI/UX background, and user-centric design
  • Strong REACT, FIGMA and EXDS background. Knowledgeable in AI/ML and large data sets.

Proficiency with SQL:

  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify solutions and define user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Experience in maintaining the product backlog and advising on options, risks, and priorities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, support, and engineering teams
  • Proficiency in facilitating new functionality implementation through training and demonstrations
