This is a part-time

program in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. No prior work experience is needed.
We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!

Required Qualifications:

• Student from Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Relations or similar (since 7th cycle)
• Graduation expected in between March 2027 to December 2027.
• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Part-time availability (30hs per week)
• Availability to work in Lima, Peru.

Despite the fact that this video is not required in a mandatory or excluding manner, we highly recommend you to complete this step in the process within 48 hours of receiving the email invite. Hire Vue will allow you to prepare and practice before you move forward with the video interview.
