As a Collateral Services Manager II within our Lending Services team, you will oversee the documentation and processing of collateral for a diverse portfolio of loans. Your work will ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards, driving efficiency and timely completion of services. You will foster collaboration and build trusting relationships with stakeholders, contributing to the firm's loan lifecycle activities.

Job responsibilities

- Three years of experience managing loan collateral documentation, showcasing proficiency in strategic planning and time management to optimize operations.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling effective analysis and resolution of complex challenges.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships, leveraging emotional intelligence and communication skills to foster collaboration.
- Proven capability in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Effective interpersonal skills, facilitating clear communication and positive stakeholder engagement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Expertise in a lending services environment, with the ability to make impactful decisions within a team setting, driving collaborative success.
- Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks, leveraging AI/ML to enhance lending processes and improve decision-making.
- Skilled in managing change initiatives, adapting services to evolving market conditions and technologies for optimal performance.
- Proficient in using market product knowledge to align lending services with industry trends and client needs, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.
- Capable of creating quantitative reports to track performance and support strategic planning, implementing anti-fraud measures and applying cybersecurity best practices to protect operations and client data.
- Leadership in project management efforts, ensuring successful execution of lending service initiatives and achieving strategic objectives.
