As the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant in a high-impact, growth-focused team, you will join as a strategic partner to senior leadership—make a visible impact while advancing your career. Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar oversight, meeting coordination, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and confidentiality.
  • Orchestrate meetings, conferences, and special events end-to-end, including logistics, agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and corporate events (e.g., year-end celebrations, sportsfest, team building) across sites and departments.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to enable clear communication, timely follow-ups, and alignment to strategic priorities.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and adhere to strict confidentiality and data handling standards.
  • Administer expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related workflows in accordance with company policies and controls.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track executive projects and deliverables, maintaining timelines, dashboards, and status updates, and support ad hoc priorities as assigned.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and process improvements by conducting research and analysis, preparing briefings, and synthesizing insights for decision-making.
  • Build leadership capability through mentorship, training, stretch assignments, and selective shadowing of senior leaders in key meetings.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong sense of urgency and effective multitasking.
  • Team-oriented; proven ability to build remote internal client relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated interest in strategic business operations, leadership, and organizational development.
  • Experience or readiness for cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives; proactive about mentorship and growth.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
